How to start a commission

(Estimated time: 7-14 days or longer depending on workload)

1. Send me a private message through my Discord or Telegram.2. Provide commission details, and I would be happy if it is more detailed. I recommend sending images of references and some of my existing artworks to help me further understand what you want.3. After reviewing your request, the commission will be finalized. Any major adjustments after this stage will not be accepted.4. Then, I will provide the pricing based on my commission rates. A 50% upfront payment is required before I start
(negotiable but must not be zero).5. Work finally starts.

During sketch phase

⚫ Progress updates will be sent via messages and screenshots.⚫ You are encouraged to give feedback on where certain characters or elements should be.⚫ Minor and major adjustments are allowed during this stage.

During drawing phase

⚫ Progress updates will be sent via messages and screenshots.⚫ You are encouraged to stay active at least once a day to check on updates and provide feedback.⚫ Minor adjustments are allowed during this stage.

After drawing phase

⚫ Minor changes (e.g., color tweaks, small object removals) are allowed. The first five are free, then a $5 fee per additional change applies.⚫ Major changes (e.g., altering perspective, adding/removing large elements) will not be accepted.⚫ If you are unsure whether a change is minor or major, feel free to ask for clarification.

Commission Terms of Service

⚫ Do's and Don'ts about my commissioned artworks:

⚫ Commission only starts if the upfront pay has been paid. (Must show proof of payment)⚫ Upfront pay is required, but the percentage is negotiable but must not be zero. The default percentage is 50%⚫ More than five minor changes post drawing stage have a charge fee of $5.⚫ Any major changes after the drawing stage are declined.⚫ If the commission has started or finished, there are no refunds even if you cancel.⚫ If the commission has been cancelled mid drawing, the painting will be yours and there will be no refunds. You still have to pay the total fee.⚫ First come, first served. If I am currently handling too much active commissions, there will be a queue.⚫ Rushed orders have an additional fee of $10, since it will overtake the queue of active commissions.⚫ If you do not respond to any messages within 7 days, there will be a warning. But if the 14 days has passed without any responses, the commission is cancelled and there will be no refunds.⚫ You may not edit, trace, or resell the artwork, except when it is used on products such as music albums, pins, keychains, and similar merchandise.⚫ My artworks are NOT allowed for NFT use, AI training, or any blockchain-related projects.⚫ Excessive amounts of revisions or feedback may extend the deadline.⚫ You are responsible for keeping your final files safe, I will be deleting the files after a month and there will be no resending after that.⚫ I have the rights to refuse service.⚫ If you are unsure about a certain policy, feel free to reach me out.
